Natalie Crowder
Senior Alternative Education Worker

My role within YaSiG is the co-ordination and delivery of the Alternative Education programme.

About Me
I have a Level 5 Diploma with the Chartered Managment Institute of Business Management.
My background is working with children and young people from the ages of 5 to 24 both in a school and youth work style environment.

Hobbies
I love anything related to interior design and have recently acheived the NOCN Level 3 in Interior Design through the National Design Academy. I have now enrolled to study the Foundation Degree in this subject.



Lorraine Davies
Alternative Education Support Worker

My role at YaSiG includes delivering interesting and exciting sessions enabling young people to gain Key Skill and ASDAN qualifications.

About Me
I am a mum of 3 wonderful children. I hold a Childhood and Youth Studies BA with Honours. I have worked with children and young people all my working life, I love seeing and helping others achieve.

Hobbies
My hobbies include reading, spending time with my family and friends and having fun in the summer sun!



Ben Thompson
Sports Co-ordinator

My role within YaSiG is the co-ordination and delivery of our Youth Sports initiative.

About Me
I have a background within the development and leading of sports/activities, working primarily with semi-sporty and inactive young people.

Hobbies
I have a strong interest in Rugby League, originating from my time as a volunteer/player with Bangor University in North Wales. I am interested in a range of sports, notably ‘Underwater Hockey’ which my wife and I coach each week at junior level!



Natalie Palmer
Admin Assistant

Role
My role within YaSiG is to provide Admin support to all staff and provide any additional support throughout the organisation.

About Me
I have a background in Customer Service and Administration and have achieved the Customer Services Level 1&2 qualification and Business Administration at Level 3. Other qualifications I have studied and passed include a GNVQ, AVCE in Health and Social Care of which is an area I find interesting and complements the work undertaken at YaSiG. I enjoy being part of an organisation that helps and supports young people to develop who may not always get the chance.

Hobbies
My hobbies include reading, spending time with friends and family and listening to music.



Oliver Riggall

IT Support Volunteer

My role with YaSiG is to maintain the computers and all areas related to IT.

About Me
I have many years experience in IT and recently started volunteering in this field along with other aspects of IT.

Hobbies
I like everything to do with computers and games consoles. I also like music and motorbikes as I grew up with my dad being a superbike racer in the 'Manx TT' races.
