Room Hire

YaSiG have classroom and office facilities that are available for hire within The Toll House and Acland Street building. The Toll House has a lift and is modern purpose built facility.

The Toll House House

YaSiG offers well appointed meeting rooms at the Toll House. It can accomodate a range of needs from one - one meetings, groups up to 20, computer based sessions up to 5 people and lunch events in the coffee bar facility of up to 40 people.

Rates
Meeting rooms £15 per hour, £45 per half day (4 hours) £80 per full day (8 hours)
Computer Suite £20 per hour, £60 per half day, £100 per full day.

Acland St

ROOM 1 - Training Room/Board Room

Situated on the first floor of the YaSiG building this room can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The room is light and spacious making it a great area for classroom activities, one-to-one training, meetings, interviews and consultation groups.



ROOM 2 - Training Room/Activity Area

This room has many uses, from computer suite to classroom, aswell as conference room and training area. This large open plan space has kitchen facilities, comfortable sofas, training table and a laptop work bench. This space is perfect for workshops, seminars and lectures.

* We can accommodate up to 20 people in a theatre style arrangement
* Up to 15 in a workshop capacity
* Up to 10 in a classroom arrangment
* Up to 6 using the area as an ICT suite

ROOM HIRE RATES

Room hire is charged at £15 per hour for room 1 and £20 per hour for room 2 (this includes set up and pack up time). All prices exlude VAT.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES

YaSiG also have a kitchen facility and can provide tea and coffee at an extra charge of £1.50 per head as self service (exc. VAT).
